Where do we begin? Should we start with Terrence getting stuck in the ‘friend zone’ for over 2 years during their long distance relationship. Maybe the marriage that began in 2003. To keep it short and sweet, lets just say boy saw girl and girl finally said yes. They had 3 kids together which are now all out of the house. After years of both working non-profit jobs, Terrence got a random call from a guy from Keller Williams and the rest is history.
Since getting that call in 2014, Terrence and Chrystal built a company on education, coaching, and care. They specialized in helping the people one one wanted to help (First Time Home Buyers). The Wilson’s decided on day one that they would never get into the sales business or the telemarketing business. It was always about helping people. In this case, helping people do what they couldn’t seem to do for themselves; purchase their first home.
Once they helped over 100 people purchase their home, they finally purchased their first home. Terrence and Chrystal decided in 2018 that their company had to be more than making dreams come true for First Time Home Buyers. They wanted their company to be more than relationships and transactions. So they coined this statement to define the purpose of WilsonHouse: To build lasting relationships so that families can build lasting wealth. WilsonHouse is about helping families build wealth. It became about creating Legacy for families and it still is.
